In just a few hours, we will bid farewell to 2024 and welcome the promising new year of 2025. At this moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, I am honored to join you in reflecting on the past and envisioning the future.

Looking Back at 2024
Despite many challenges, we have made remarkable strides this year, thanks to the collective efforts of all employees:
Production Expansion: The launch of the new production line significantly enhanced our capacity.
AI Integration: Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics have seamlessly integrated into our daily operations. As a dedicated user of AI, I am proud to share that this speech was co-written with ChatGPT. AI has made me more efficient in handling emails and customer communications. Additionally, many tasks have been fully delegated to AI, freeing up more time for complex decision-making and strategic planning.
RPA Implementation: Our international sales team’s use of RPA systems is a vivid example of this transformation. Tasks that used to take hours, like data entry, now take less than a minute with exceptional accuracy. What’s more exciting is the system’s ability to self-optimize with accumulated data, continuously improving efficiency while reducing the need for human intervention. This has not only freed up our team’s energy but also allowed deeper engagement with clients, significantly boosting satisfaction.
Technological Advancements: From digitizing manual wax-ups to establishing specialized zirconia and imaging lines, our production processes are more scientific and efficient than ever.
Streamlined Management: We redefined mid-level performance metrics with simplified KPIs, making management more focused and clear.
Enhanced Quality: With all these optimizations, our product quality has significantly improved, external return rates have decreased, and both new and existing client businesses have grown steadily.
These achievements are the result of the hard work and wisdom of every colleague, turning uncertainty into certainty.
Looking Ahead to 2025
2025 will bring both uncertainties and possibilities. With economic shifts and technological revolutions shaping our world, every challenge is also an opportunity.
The company will continue to focus on the following:
1. Driving digital transformation by leveraging AI and advanced technologies to enhance production and service precision. AI won’t replace people, but those who embrace AI will redefine the rules of the industry.
2. Building a strong talent pipeline by improving training systems, promoting internal talent, and fostering a team full of energy and capability.
3. Optimizing compensation and performance management to ensure every effort is recognized, making employee happiness a cornerstone of our corporate culture.

回首2024年，尽管挑战重重，但在全体员工的共同努力下，我们依然迈出了坚实的步伐：
新产线投产，产能大幅提升。
人工智能（AI）和机器人技术已经悄然融入我们的日常工作。我本人就是AI技术的深度用户。这篇发言稿正是我与ChatGPT共同思考的成果。AI辅助让我在处理邮件和客服信息时更加高效，同时部分任务已完全交由AI完成，释放了更多时间，让我能够专注于更复杂的决策和策略规划。
我们的外贸团队使用的RPA系统更是这一变革的生动例证。它将过去需要数小时的录单工作缩短到不到一分钟，且准确率极高。更令人惊叹的是，这个系统能够随着数据积累不断优化，效率越来越高，人工介入的需求越来越少，并且能灵活处理复杂订单。这不仅解放了客服团队的精力，还让他们能够与客户进行更深入的沟通，大幅提升客户满意度。
此外，机器人技术也在逐步走进我们的工作场景，未来将更加普及。可以说，我们正站在技术变革的前沿，这是一段充满可能性和激动人心的旅程。
生产流程技术升级：从手工蜡型的数字化转型到全锆线、图片专线的成立，我们的生产更加科学高效。
同时，我们重新定义了中层干部的考核指标，极简的KPI体系，让管理更聚焦，方向更明确。
得益于以上的优化，我们的产品质量显著提升，外返率下降，新老客户业绩稳步提升。
这些成就，是每一位同仁用汗水和智慧写下的答卷，是我们在不确定中找到确定的结果。
【展望未来】
2025年充满未知与可能。地缘政治纷纷扰扰，技术革命席卷而来。但每一次危机，都是机遇的序章。
公司将继续不遗余力做好以下几件事：
1. 我们将继续严格落实标准化作业，提倡一次性把事情做好，这样可以减少返工时间，提高效率。
2. 以数字化升级为引擎，深度应用AI和新型生产力。AI不会取代人，但“会用AI的人”将重新定义行业规则。我们将进一步推动AI应用，并将更多智能设备融入生产环节，以更高效、更精准的服务回应客户需求。
3. 强化人才梯队建设，完善培训体系，提拔内部优秀人才，做到人尽其才，建立一支充满战斗力的团队。
4. 优化薪酬与绩效管理，确保努力都得到认可，让幸福感成为企业文化的重要组成部分。
变局中谋局，关键在于眼界和定力。我们需要以百折不挠的精神和众志成城的信念，在转型的浪潮中，书写属于我们时代的辉煌篇章。
